Custom Furniture: As all of our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept cancellations for custom orders. Please ensure that your order details, including measurements and design, are accurate before proceeding.

Size and Measurements: Due to the nature of handcrafting and manual measurement, a size variation of up to ±5 cm is considered normal. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Color Variations: Colors may vary slightly from the images due to differences in display settings, photography lighting, and monitor settings. This is considered a normal variation, and we appreciate your understanding.

Mable natural flaws:It is typical for natural stone to have naturally formed tiny cracks and imperfections. Each piece is unique. The beauty of stone is not always how pure it is. Because stone almost never comes without impurities, understanding the beauty of stone makes a culture of accepting weakness and imperfections and working around it to make the whole piece a better piece of art.

Defective and wrong item

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at sales@foliacasa.com or our online chats immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and issues with shipping

  • All orders will be sent by insured shipping. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@foliacasa.com or our online chats , we will file a claim with the shipping company, and after the shipping company verifies the compensation, we will refund you. 

Changes and cancellations

  • For stock(RTS item）we support order cancellation within 48hours after placing an order（with the time calculated from the order placement time),contact us at sales@foliacasa.com to get started. And after 48 hours once we arrange production or package, unfortunately, we cannot accept any cancellations. 

Special orders

  • Special orders(Customization items) begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returns or refunded at any time.

Returns and exchanges

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a defect.

Damage or Defects

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
